Memorial event for Gav is at Book and Record Bar on Saturday 11th March 2023 at 7pm.  

There is free on-street parking on the main road from 7pm, although watch out for the one-way system.

If you're coming by public transport, it's round the back of West Norwood station which has direct trains (about 25 minutes) from London Bridge and Victoria.  Planned engineering works unfortunately mean that the Tulse Hill Thameslink branch is stopping at Herne Hill.  The Citymapper app is the easiest way to navigate across town.

Last trains out of town - Victoria to Brighton (0108). East Croydon to Brighton (0127). London Bridge to Hastings (2354). Coaches run from Victoria to Oxford and Brighton through the night.

For accommodation, hotel bookings are high in the area and local options are limited. Your best bet if you don't want to overspend is probably a cab ride to another hotel in South London, options currently exist around the £100 mark.
